Each year, the Sierra Club Canada Foundation (SCCF) hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) where we share reports on our activities and conduct essential business. Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting by zoom or conference call. The AGM is a compelling, community-building event where we hear about the work from our different Chapters and projects including updates from our sister organizations Sierra Club BC and Sierra Club (US).
This year's AGM will take place online on June 12, 2025 from 6 - 8 PM ET / 3 - 5 PM Pacific Time / 4 - 6 PM MDT / 7 - 9 PM Atlantic / 7:30 - 9:30 PM NT via zoom.
Zoom login will be provided in your event registration confirmation.
If you cannot attend but want to convey your vote by proxy please use the proxy form (PDF). The deadline to submit the proxy form is 9am ET on June 12, 2025).
Members will have an opportunity to vote for new Board members with a ballot before the AGM. Election results will be presented at the meeting.
